It’s easy to pin the blame on the kerida when a relationship breaks down, but first take a closer look at what spurs a guy to stray.

News of world boxing champ Manny Pacquiao gallivanting with sexy starlet Krista Ranillo was met with disbelief by livid Pinays. How dare she, right? But before we start pointing fingers, we should take a look at the other factor in the infidelity equation: the man.
“A man doesn’t fool around because of something you’ve done—or not done. It has nothing to do with whether you are sexy enough, worthy enough or smart enough,” says Alexandra Penney, author of How to Keep Your Man Monogamous. "He strays because his primary needs are not met—emotional and sexual needs you are not probably aware of.”
1. He wants a quick fix. “Sometimes the thought of separation or change is too much for a man to handle,” says Nathan, 27, an engineer. “The easier choice is to cheat.”
2. It’s challenging. Some men consider certain women to be “sexual trophies.” “There are those who simply cannot leave behind the thrill of the hunt, the chase and the conquest,” says Oliver Jameson of AskMen.com.
3. His ego needs a boost. “Nothing lifts the old self-esteem like discovering that other women still desire you sexually,” says Jameson. “When in long-term relationships, men may begin to question their sexual marketability, which will lead some of them to sow their clandestine wild oats.”

75. my ex cheated on me thats why i ended up alone this xmas.i was left hanging with all what and why questions..but anyway its better this way than to have him that will just make me stressful although im alone i feel so refresh..thanks that he screwed up at least theres good in goodbye...

73. men - by nature are totally polygamous tip: be prepared for this, what I mean is, time will come that your guys will be tempt to cheat, chances are they will!! No matter how "good" your guy is, there are still outside factors. & especially, also there are some factors w/in the relationship too.. i don't mean to sound nega or something, i'm just sharing my point of view.. from personal experience, i've always expected my guy to cheat, but not to the point that i don't trust him anymore, i'm just preparing myself for the worstthat could happen. hope this could help.. _ jdcRoSe 17:25 _

When a cashier lady gave him excess change, does he return the excess? When he found a lost wallet, does he return it? When you left your phone, does he browse what's inside? these are just some of few. little observation will let you see the real him.

38. i guess behind every unfaithful act...therein lie not only a variety of reasons....but varying degrees and extent as well. some done out of lust - understandable, explainable, maybe reversible. some done out of deeper issues - these are the hardest to change, to stop, to account for, and to pay for. what does it take for someone to really be unfaithful? i'd have to gather my thoughts on this. and perhaps come up with better answers next time.

wenawina23. pero ang da best tlg -COMMUNICATION. always find time to be with ur loved once. mas ok ung quality time kesa madalas nga kayo mgkasama d nmn kayo halos nagkakakwentuhan or usap. don't pick a fight. avoid it. kng magkaron man kayo ng fight, pagusapan nyo apra maiwasan in the future. healthy rin nmn na mag away paminsan minsan, at least naguusap kayo. pag maxadong d kayo nag aaway, parang nagiging boring din minsan ang relationship db? Pero pangit rin nmn ung madalas at sobra. magiging stressful nmn ang dating nun. :)

wenawina21. -have a life. What i mean by that is, don't focus yourself sa bf mo or partner mo. dapat you have your own gimiks with your family, friends. Dapat you have time for yourself too. In that way, may sarili ka paring life, activities. -don't be afraid to stand to what you think is right or stand for what you want. pg ayaw mo at tingin mo hnd na taam gngwa ng partner mo, let him know. If you love yourself, other people around you will love you too. if you love yourself, you will feel good and look good as well. If you look and feel good, people around you will feel good around you too. if your bf / partner will feel good around you, he won't even think to look for other women. 16. some woman blindly accept what their partners do, bcoz they think confronting their man would end the relationship. they also think that the "other woman" is just a past time and as long as the man comes home with her its ok. women also think martydom is one of the solution in having a good and lasting relationship..... and to the "other woman", some woman know that the man is commited but they neglect mans status bcoz either they are sexually attracted or emotionally attached. they think that they cant find another man like the committed man thats why they end up having forbidden affair. they also think that "maybe" someday the commited man would leave her gf/wife over her.... WHEN HE CHEATED ON YOU ONCE, HE CAN DO IT AGAIN!!! how can a man love you when he has another girl in his arms? what life will you have if you marry your cheater boyfriend? cheating will lead to a more serious probs like often fighting, misunderstanding, lost of trust, heartbreaks etc... martydom would cause depresion, stress and may result to another prob...... we are cosmo girls, we are fierce. woman would not be a victim by cheaters forever! let us not allow ourselves be victimized by cheaters!

Otherwise, a Ms Universe would hardly or ever be cheated on. Men are men, period. They will cheat, f*ck around -- and do whatever it takes: rationalize (my wife is too busy with her career), lie (unfortunately, you came too late into my life, just now); invent stories (my wife does not understand me), etc etc etc etc.

7. hi cosmo girls, i want to share my lessons ive experienced from my past relationship.. 1.never ever give ur whole life for that special someone, you have a life too that needs your attention 2.dont be with him or in touch with him almost 24/7, give urself a break dont be so focused with him. 3.yes she wants u to be simple and to not shine, but dont over do it. be simple and and pretty, dont let your relationship make you look like stressed and "manang" 4.dont make him think that u are head over heels w/ him, guys dosnt like that trust me. 5.dont share ur deepst and darkest secret, some guys use this to blackmail there gf to get what they want and to not leave him( even if u r super decided in leaving him, the secret is their alas)!

1. in my experience men cheat not because the woman had not given what man desire but because they think that they are cool and "astig" when they have "kerida"!!! and also most woman give their life for their man but man is not contended!!!
