Aside from working out for a rockin' beach bod, every Cosmo girl must take extra care during summer to keep her face as gorgeous as ever. Follow these easy steps for achieving and keeping flawless, glowing skin (without breaking the bank) and be a surefire head-turner whichever part of the country or globe you visit this season.
1. Do the basic cleanse, tone, and moisturize regimen. Never leave home or go to bed without cleansing your skin. Cleanse twice a day with a mild cleansing foam and exfoliate twice a week. By doing so, you remove all the dirt that accumulated on your face during the day, leaving your skin soft and your pores unclogged. Then follow with toner and moisturizer. 2. Eat healthy. Veering from meat and eating more fruits and vegetables will not only help you achieve the weight you're aiming for, doing so will also help rejuvenate your skin.
