Skincare specialist Christopher Watt’s favorite body scrub is easy for you to whip up at home. He’s known for giving clients like Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, and Rose McGowan glowing skin for big events.
WHAT IT IS:
A sweet and natural mixture that will help you achieve healthy, flushed skin with a luminous afterglow, worthy of the red carpet.
WHAT YOU NEED:
6 tablespoons unsweetened grated chocolate
2 cups honey
2 cups salt
1/2 cup grape seed oil
WHAT TO DO:
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Massage the scrub all over you body. The salt will exfoliate, the honey and oil will moisturize, and the caffeine in the chocolate will stimulate, helping to increase circulation. Leave the mixture on for about 15 minutes, then rinse off in the shower. The sweet result: a radiant birthday suit.

14. i need to scrub more often...hehe. i do the coffee scrub, though, and i'd love trying it with my baby's milk bath soap! :D also, i read from paula begoun's book that the best facial scrub is cetaphil mixed with baking soda. she says its the best exfoliant though i haven't tried it.

5. i love body scrubs, but you can also try the more simple hoe-made body scrub using coffee grounds ( un pinagbrew-han ng coffee. If you have a friend working at starbucks or any coffeeshop, ask for their coffee grounds kasi itatapon lang naman nila yun) here's my version of coffee body scrub, ive learned it from my derma ;) Simple Coffee Body Scrub Ingredients * 1 heaping tsp of dry coffee grounds * 3 pumps of milk liquid soap or any liquid soap --Just mix the ingredients till it blends well. Apply the above blended mixture to a damp body in a circular motion and rinse off. Finish off by applying your favorite moisturizer. i guaranteed that it'll leave your skin so soft & smooth ;)
