Each beauty station is soft and spacious, with a big enough area for you and all the things you just bought on your shopping spree, so you don't have to worry about crowding another customer.

The "Buttercups" (which is what the staff are called) are friendly and accommodating, and they take their time to make sure they're doing a great job. Your comfort is their priority. If you're wearing shorts or a skirt, they cover you with a towel (for modesty and warmth), and if they're done working on one foot during a foot spa, they wrap it in a towel to keep it warm.
