Why I think it's the best budget find: an amazing budget find for only 30 pesos , this dress definitely rocks. It's best when you wear a high-heeled shoes! Flaunt what you've got with this floral vintage dress!

1. I like this vintage dress very much. It's so feminine with its floral designs but still playful. It's vintage but the look is not "old-ladyish" at all!
