March 2011 Cover Fashion: Lovi Poe In Sexy, Stylish Swimwear

If you're just about to shop for your new sets of swimsuits for your upcoming beach trip, then why don't you take this as the opportunity to cop our March 2011 cover girl's looks? Channel Lovi Poe's sultry beach goddess vibe as seen on the pages of the magazine with brightly colored sexy bikinis and maillots set against the picturesque white sand beach of Boracay and the luxurious Discovery Shores resort.

Cosmo associate fashion editor Happy Lopez chose only "bikinis, swimsuits, because this is the summer issue," she said. "For the cover, we picked bandage maillots and bikinis in turqouise, which is a trendy color for this summer. We also incorporated honeysuckle, which is also a big color for the season. We also picked beaded swimsuits with touches of yellow and neon colors."

This is the time to celebrate your lovely morena skin tone, just like our cover girl's.  "Lovi's natural tan is perfect for the look," says makeup artist Robbie Pinera. Snag summer makeup tips from how he created Lovi's look for the cover: "I used bronzy colors with orange tones for her face, and for the lips I used nude pink, which is actually her favorite shade. I added coral bronzer and eye shadow for the cheeks and eyes, respectively."
