1. Mix and match. “I try to avoid wearing the same outfit twice. My secret is to mix and match, especially my favorite pieces like a printed skirt or trousers. I can create different looks by changing my top or adding a blazer or changing my shoes and bag.”
2. Stretch your budget. “During hard times, you don't have to sacrifice your look. Local retail stores are already up to date and comparable to imported brands.”
3. Dress appropriately for the occasion. “Making a statement is different from dressing outrageously. Always comply with the dress code but jazz up your outfit with the latest accessories.”
4. Keep it clean and make sure everything is in place. “One thing I can’t stand is a dirty shoe. Always check if your dress is well pressed and check if everything is in place. You don't want to be seen in a dress with flaws like bulges or if your dress is missing a button.”
