Every girl loves to dress up, no matter how old (or young) we are. However, we rarely get the chance to do that--at least, not in public. So, Halloween is the perfect opportunity to show all the world our outrageous fashion impulses that are too strange for daily wear. When else can you dress up as your favorite cartoon or comic character, wear head-to-toe leather, or apply ghastly makeup just for fun?

We spotted girls doing just that and more at the annual Bigfish's Cream Halloween Ball last October 29. Yesterday, we showed you the hot costumed guys we spotted at the party held in World Trade Center in Pasay City. This time, we're sharing with you photos of the hottest and wildest outfits we saw on the lovely ladies who attended!

Since Halloween is the craziest night in fashion, we asked the girls "Who is your celeb style icon and why?" Check out their answers and their fabulous costumes when you launch the gallery!
