A Look Inside Angelica Panganiban's Head-Turning Chanel Purse

Never one to shy away from the spotlight, Angelica lets her eye-catching bag steal the show at her August 2011 Cosmo cover shoot.

When Cosmo's August cover girl Angelica Panganiban arrived at her photo shoot wearing a pale green button-down shirt and cut-off denim shorts, her flawless beauty (even sans makeup!) and colorful personality were the first things that grabbed the team's attention. But, the splashes of color she injected into her own personal style were also quick to catch our eyes.

Take her Chanel purse, for example. If you'll remember, when we shot her for the February 2010 Cosmo cover over a year ago, she was toting a simple off-white Chanel handbag. But this time, instead of going for a safe and traditional color, Angelica opted for a modern, bright yellow version of the classic flap bag.

The 24-year-old actress, who recently won an award for her role in the film Here Comes the Bride, cheerfully chatted with the Cosmo team while she got dolled up for the shoot. At some point in her magazine interview, she talked about treating herself occasionally to designer bags, like this purse. We took advantage of the topic to ask if we could borrow her bag for a peek at her daily essentials, and she graciously obliged.

Inside, we found bright kikay cosmetics that enhanced her fresh, natural beauty, more classy accessories like a pink and black Chanel wallet and baby pink-faced Rolex, and even cute items like a metallic pink coin purse labeled "Shoe Fund"!
