  We're all obsessive-compulsive about something. There's this person I know, for instance, who always, always has to wear matching undies; one time, she even had to blow-dry some knickers that go with the bra top she was wearing. Then I have this other friend who'd go to a buffet table and come back bearing a plate of food with different dishes clearly segregated, as if eating a piece of spring roll that had come in contact with roast-beef gravy would be the end of the world as she knew it.
  
  Talk about weird quirks!
  
  As for me, I used to be this schedule psycho-freak. Not like there's anything at all wrong with staying on top of your to-do list. But letting your schedule planner rule your life to the point of inflexibility might well be the way you kiss your sanity goodbye.
