The Bodycare Routine You Need For Glowing Skin

You may have your skincare routine down pat, but you might be forgetting to make the rest of your body have the same ~glow~. Signs of stress can show up on your body too, so you need a bodycare routine that can help make you look radiant all over. Here's a five-step routine worth trying:

1. Exfoliate and Soothe.

Sloughing off dead skin cells not only reveals brighter, smoother skin, it also makes sure your skin fully absorbs any product you apply afterward. Create your own body scrub by combining coffee grounds and honey—or for something more gentle, use a loofah glove to spread body wash all over your skin.
