Herlene Budol Looks ~*Stunning*~ In Her ‘Hipon Girl’ National Costume
Herlene Budol has once again turned heads with her Binibining Pilipinas National Costume which was unveiled on July 13, 2022.
In a Facebook post, the Binibining Pilipinas organization shared that Angono, Rizal, the city that Herlene is representing, is the "art capital of the Philippines" and home of the Higantes Festival. They wrote in the photo's caption, "It is believed that the Higantes Festival is regarded as a myth wherein there were giants who once walked over the land of Angono."
They added that the costume also represents Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray who once featured the province and the festival during her time in the competition.
Herlene, who's also known as "Hipon Girl," wore a body suit made of orange and gold crystals that embodies her as "Hipon Girl."
Herlene also shared a quick video where she showed a close-up look of her costume.
The comedienne-turned-beauty queen first hinted at her costume early this month when she posted a photo of a sketch of her "Hipon Girl" costume.
