Everything You *Need* To Know About Inigo Pascual's American Musical Drama 'Monarch'

OMG, Iñigo Pascual has just been announced as the newest cast member of the country musical drama series Monarch! Iñigo took to Twitter to share the good news, and even revealed that he sang "Tennessee Whiskey" as his audition song for the show. 

Here's what you need to know about the series: 

What's the plot of Monarch? 

Variety tells us that the series will focus on the Roman family, also known as "America's 'first family' of country music." The fam is headed by "talented but tough as nails Queen of Country Music Dottie Cantrell Roman," who has created a country *music dynasty* with her husband Albie. 

Variety adds: "But even though the Roman name is synonymous with authenticity, the very foundation of their success is a lie. And when their reign as country royalty is put in jeopardy, heir to the crown Nicolette 'Nicky' Roman will stop at nothing to protect her family's legacy, while ensuring her own quest for stardom."

Iñigo will play Nicky's adopted son Ace Grayson, "who also dreams of becoming a country star but faces some challenges along the way."
