UPDATE: Mitch Albom's Manila Book Signing Has Been Postponed

UPDATED 6 February 2020, 9:51 a.m.: Due to the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirusNational Bookstore has released a statement to announce the postponement of Mitch Albom's Manila Book Signing tour stop:

Unfortunately, due to the recent developments with the 2019 novel coronavirus in the country, the book signing events originally scheduled for February 15 and 16, 2020 are postponed for the safety of everyone involved.

Mitch is deeply saddened by the news and said, “I plan to honor my promise to visit the Philippines as soon as possible.”

Best-selling author Mitch Albom is headed to Manila on February 15 and 16 for a book signing tour!

The best-selling author of Tuesdays With Morrie is making a stop at SM Megamall’s Event Center on January 15, at 12:00 p.m., followed by another appearance at the Ayala Town Center’s Activity Center on February 16.

According to National Bookstore’s post, there will be 1,500 slots for each event. Registration starts at 10:00 a.m. and slots are available for each event on a first-come, first-serve basis. Admission to the book signing event is free.

National Bookstore will also sell copies of Mitch’s two books: Finding Chika and The Next Person You Meet In Heaven.
