We all know how dedicated Kris Bernal is to her health, so much so that she even created #KRISMADEMEDOIT workout videos that feature some of her favorite exercise moves. Needless to say, all the work she's put into her fitness has worked 'cause, hello, have you seen our girl's back muscles? 10/10!


In an Instagram post, the actress channels her "inner Hidilyn Diaz" and talks about her love for weightlifting. She wrote, "Weightlifting has been part of my workout routine since I embarked on the fitness world! And I can't stress enough how weightlifting has improved my physique, strength, endurance, and overall wellness...I know most don't get it but I'm living for this, for me."

She's been working on her back muscles since 2016, but her *first* love used to be building her arms and shoulders. These days, she's been focusing on her legs and glutes and according to Kris, it's a "love-hate relationship", lol! 


Kris also thanks our Olympic gold medalist, Hidilyn, for "bringing the power of weightlifting as a new sport". Y-E-S!!!
