Hair Colors That Trended In Our Hearts And Insta Feeds In 2019

2019 was the year of crazy and subtle hair colors—from Billie Eilish's faded blue to a more wearable hue mimicking our fave milk tea drink. We rounded up all the shades that stole our hearts and constantly made rounds on our Instagram feeds.

    2019 was definitely the year of this creamy flavorful drink! We took things to the next level by incorporating it in our hair color, too. The darker part signifies the pearls, while the lighter, blonder half represents the milky goodness of the drink.

    This fun hue has been topping every best hair color list for a few years now and we totally see why—it immediately gives you the bright pop of color that you need! Tip: If you don't want to go all out just yet with the lilac, leave your roots untouched for that ~grungy~ feel.

    This granny hue was a strong favorite for 2019 and we have a feeling that it will still top lists come 2020!

    This is more on the daring side of the hair color spectrum and it can be a bitch to take care of, but it just looks so ~COOL~.

  6. Brown ombre

    Pastels always top hair color lists, but simpler hues like brown and its many variations are still crowd favorites. 2019 was the year of ~dark~ hair with light accents.

    Blue hair had a big comeback this year and we have Billie Eilish to thank for that. Even the faded aqua tresses she sported afterward *still* looked cool!
