Anne Curtis is known for consistently killing it in the hair department with gorgeous bombshell waves. Like so:
We sat down with celebrity hairstylist Raymond Santiago during the Cream Silk Beauty Experts event where he revealed the secret to achieving bombshell waves a la Anne Curtis.
“Kaya mo ‘yun gawin sa sarili mo!” he said. The hairstylist recommends blowdrying your hair after washing it to add volume. “But if you don’t have a blow dryer, shampoo and condition your hair the night before you style, so that when you wake up, you have thicker hair,” he adds.
Begin curling sections of your hair using a 1 and 1/2-inch curling iron. While some tutorials will tell you to brush your hair out afterwards with a wide tooth comb or paddle brush, Raymond recommends doing something else. “Use your fingers to brush out your curls, so that it will flow naturally,” he said.
BRB, totes practicing now, if it means having locks like this:
When it comes to haircare products, on top of Raymond’s list is an effective conditioner (try Cream Silk's Daily Treatment Conditioner) to save your locks from the beating it takes from constant styling and other environmental factors like heat and pollution. Aside from this, he also suggests to get SPF for the hair (this is a real thing!), dry shampoo (a spray one, because the powder form can look like dandruff if not applied correctly), and hair perfume (RIGHT?!).
