How To Look Good In ID, Passport, And Driver's License Photos
Stick to a no-makeup look.
You still want to look like yourself because IDs are forms of national identification. You don't need to appear super glam on the photo. All you need to do is the following: Create a natural-looking base, fill in your brows, sweep a wash of neutral eyeshadow on the lids, curl lashes, add rosy blush on the cheeks, and swipe on an MLBB lip tint or a nude lipstick.Continue reading below ↓Continue reading below ↓Recommended Videos

Avoid wearing shimmery makeup.
Anything too shimmery or shiny won't register well on the camera. Highlighters and frosty eyeshadows may make your skin appear wet or create chunky glitter specks on your cheekbones.
Stay away from makeup with SPF.
SPF-laden products produce a white cast when exposed to flash. Choose a base and powder which doesn't have sun protection to avoid looking like a ghost in your ID photo.Continue reading below ↓

Keep your T-zone shine-free.
Blot your forehead, nose, and chin before facing the camera. Super shiny skin isn't cute, especially in ID photos!
Use a brightening concealer on the undereye area.
To prevent your complexion from looking dull, mask dark circles. Apply a brightening concealer on the undereye area to bring out the hollowed sockets. This trick will lift your whole face, too!

Fix your hair.
You don't need to book a hairstylist to give you va-va-voom curls or a blowout. Simply brush your hair and tuck it behind your ears. Also, the last thing you want to happen is for your locks to weigh your whole face down. You may opt to tie your tresses in a low ponytail or a half-up half-down hairdo to enhance your facial features.Continue reading below ↓
Have a retouching kit ready.
Now that we're always wearing masks, it's important to retouch the parts where the mask has touched. Bring a tube of tinted moisturizer and a compact powder to touch up. Mist the base with setting spray for it look natural and not a "new" layer of makeup application. Then apply a moisturizing MLBB lipstick on your pout.
Learn how to smize.
Since IDs serve as serious identification materials, stop yourself from looking too pacute in the picture. Practice smizing in front of the mirror or via selfies so you'll still appear presentable in the photo.
Wear neutral-colored clothes.
Consider ID photos as formal documents. Anything neon or rainbow-colored may be inappropriate. Play it safe by choosing tops in earthy hues like gray, tan, brown, black, and beige. Steer clear of white clothing as this will just blend in the background.
