On April 13, we watched Cara Delevingne walk the red—well, blue—carpet at the MTV Movie Awards. She looked hot AF in a romantic short plum Reem Acra dress paired with black heels, but we think the real winner here was her barely-there-ganda-lang makeup.
The model's arches were obviously the focal point of this look. Makeup artist Pati Dubroff filled in Cara’s brows to frame her face, but kept the rest of the look super clean. Cop this look by contouring your brows (use two slightly different brow powders to fill in your arches to keep them from looking flat). Yup, it’s that simple.
Soft maroon eye shadow was swept on her lids, while a matte taupe color was used to define her crease and outer v. We also spotted a bit of brown liner on her upper lash line. Her look was finished with a few coats of mascara and a presumably some very natural-looking falsies. Plus, a light nude pink color on the lips. Gorgeous!
And can we talk about her flawless base? She looked like she wasn't wearing any foundation! Light pink blush—which was used on the apples of her cheeks—was blended outwards to give her a subtle and pretty flush.
Let this be a lesson ladies! Well-groomed brows will definitely take you far! They will frame your face perfectly, so you don't have to go all out with the rest of your makeup.
