Even though the government has eased the restrictions, many of us are still working from home during the pandemic, not only for our safety but also for the people around us. Being able to work from home is a privilege, so if you're still new to this set-up, here are just some of the perks that come with it: You get to save the money you would have spent from commuting, you can afford to hit the snooze button a few more times, and best of all, you get to be productive in your pambahay clothes.
Unfortunately, you can't look too comfortable when it comes to your video meetings. You're still *technically* working, after all. Putting on a bit of makeup will make it look like you put in a little more effort into your appearance. Need some inspo for a quick beat? Check out Erich Gonzales' tutorial—she set a timer for five minutes and stuck to it!
Erich started out by swiping on the Dior Lip Glow in Raspberry. It keeps her pout moisturized and it gives it a lovely hint of color.
Afterward, she dabbed some cream blush all over her cheeks. She used the Glossier Cloud Paint in Puff, which is a bubblegum pink color that looks flattering on light to medium skin tones.
Then, she applied a cream concealer to brighten the undereye area with her fingers. She used the Naturactor Cover Face Concealer Foundation in 151, which has a thick-but-lightweight cream formula that can easily camouflage any imperfections.
Next, she set the concealer on her undereye area with a translucent setting powder. She also put some on the areas that may get oily throughout the day.
Then, she applied the NARS Bronzing Powder in Laguna on the perimeters of her face to give it some color and definition. This step will also help you not look *flat* onscreen. Plus, web cameras tend to wash your face out.
She then quickly filled in her brows and set them using the Glossier Boy Brow—a cult-fave! It can make your arches look fluffy and thick with just a few swipes.
She finished her look by swiping on the Dior Addict Stellar Shine Lipstick in 673 all over her pout. She also curled her lashes to make her peepers look bigger.
