Get Janine Gutierrez's Bare-Faced Look With Products That Are Less Than P500

Because #BareIsBeautiful.

Sheer, glowing makeup is our go-to in the summer, which is why we're crushing real hard on Janine Gutierrez's look. Blessed with thick kilay and big doe eyes, she always looks extra beautiful when her features are given a lil' boost to make them *pop*.

Follow these simple tips for the same bare-faced beauty look as Janine's:

1. Use a powder foundation

You only need like, what, 30 seconds to do this? It's so easy to use, and it'll even out your complexion and get rid of oiliness! No need to use a separate foundation and setting powder, too.

2. Apply coral blush on your cheeks

Leave the rosy hues for the cooler months because during summer, it's all about coral! Lightly swirl the blush on the apples of your cheeks, and blend it outwards for a soft gradient effect. Tip: If you want that extra glow, use satin blush instead of matte.

3. Highlight the high points of your face

But not all of them! Just focus the glow on the tops of your cheekbones and the inner corners of your eyes. Highlighter is often applied to the nose and forehead, too; but with more chances of getting oily this summer, you don't want to add EVEN MORE glow to those areas.

4. Use a tinted brow gel

Janine has mastered the "fluffy brow" look. To get that, all you need is a ton of tinted brow gel! Yup, no need to fill in your kilaya too-perfect brow doesn't (and will never) look natural.

5. Go for a curling mascara

When it comes to mascara, you want to open up and define your eyes to make you look more awake. Apply mascara generously on your upper and bottom lashes; if you get clumps, just brush through with a clean spoolie!

6. Finish with a nude lipstick

A creamy nude (yes, not completely matte) with a hint of pink is the best for Asian skin tones! But if you have warmer undertones, you can always opt for those with peach or brown tints so you won't look washed out.
