We first heard about Jinkee Pacquiao's plan to launch a makeup line when she posted a bunch of IG stories the BTS of her soon-to-be-launched brand, Jinkee Cosmetics in 2019. Her makeup was done by Thai MUA, Best.
Then, on August 17, 2020, beauty enthusiasts found the official store of Jinkee Cosmetics on Shopee. The company's IG account also posted photos of the campaign and their products.
