I was born with barely-there kilay, so I use three to four items to get my arches from zero to Andrea Brillantes (a girl can dream, LOL). It's a short Instagram video which shows how a girl got full arches in a jiffy. She wrote in her caption: "I’ve watched this 500 times and can not stop Watch til the end. You’re welcome."
The IG vlogger drew an "X" on her brows and used it as a guide to fill in the sparse areas. She cleaned up the rough edges with a concealer. I was in awe, as well as the people who commented on the post. The video was satisfying to watch!
Aside from the "X" technique, the key to achieve this is to use a flat- or triangle tip eyebrow pencil, so you can get precise lines and you can quickly fill in the brows. Here are some of you can try:
