This Is How To Budge-Proof Your Eyeliner

Don’t you hate it when your water- and sweat-proof eyeliner lets you down? Us, too!

Here’s a quick way to avoid those nasty undereye smudgies: After applying your eyeliner, take a thin brush and dip it into an eyeshadow that’s the same color. Tap off the excess and trace over the original line with the tip of your brush (tip: make sure to use short, back-and-forth strokes to really cover up the area).

This allows the powder to set the oils in your eyeliner pencil and helps prevent the color from slipping off your lids.
