Breakouts happen when our internal bodily functions get messed up.   4. Learn to relax, really.

    Cortisol is the hormone that can trigger breakouts. Its level rises when you're stressed, so as much as possible learn to let go of tense and angry emotions. Choose your battles and practice mindset management—control your mind and feelings not the other way around. Find a simple relaxing activity like listening to music or watching cute pet videos!

  5. Poop regularly—we're not kidding.

    Constipated? Then that just means you're involuntarily storing toxins in your body. This bad habit causes inflammation which physically manifests into pimples! Take a fiber supplement and drink more water to help flush out the toxins and improve bowel movement.
