Aga Muhlach received the "Best Christmas gift" from his daughter Atasha.
Following the premiere of Aga's Metro Manila Film Festival comeback film Miracle in Cell No. 7, Atasha posted a heartwarming congratulatory message for her dad.
Published as is, Atasha's message read: "Hey dad I just wanted to say that I'm so proud of you and am so proud to be your daughter that movie was genuinely amazing and no other person could have done that role better than you.
"All the hard work and effort you put into that movie was seen and clearly paid off—I loved the movie and I'm so sure that everyone will love it as well but congrats the long wait is finally over and time to celebrate because you deserve it but congrats dad for the amazing movie and I'm so proud [red heart emoji] love you"
The veteran actor posted his 18-year-old daughter's message on his Instagram account and added a crying emoji in his caption.
Aga's post read: "When your daughter sends you this message... [crying emoji] sorry @atashamuhlach_ had to share your message. Best Christmas gift! [emojis] love you much!"
Miracle in Cell No. 7 is the local adaptation of the 2013 South Korean film of the same title and is an official entry to the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival.
His daughter Atasha and wife Charlene Gonzalez attended its premiere on December 16.
Aga and Charlene also have a son named Andres (not in the photo below), who is Atasha's twin.
