Alice Dixson revealed some shocking news recently: She was victimized by a group of pickpockets!
On July 10, Saturday, Alice took to Instagram to share some of the firsts that she had experienced before filming her GMA-7 drama Legal Wives. Among the firsts was losing her phone while at a mall on June 29.
"Today, I can finally make kuwento, kasi concluded na ang police investigation."
"During this show was the first time I was ever pickpocketed in my life (not on the set, of course, but) the day before my quarantine for our lock-in taping."
According to Alice, it appears she was targeted by a gang of pickpockets. Oh, no!
"Yes po, nadukutan ako while shopping in the mall. Ang nakuha po sa akin was my cell phone. I will eventually share the whole story but in a nutshell, it was believed to be a group effort of four to six women (one cross-dresser man), two of which bumped me from the front and back ayon sa CCTV footage."
Alice closed her post by warning netizens to take care of their things when going out in public and to be constantly conscious of the people around them.
"Kaya mga unsuspecting shoppers, please be very very mindful of your belongings and people na dumidikit dikit sa inyo sa public spaces.
In a separate post on July 9, Alice shared how sad she was because she lost pictures and videos of her child, "Baby A."
"Something happened with my photos and video footage(s), recent vlogs, and more. Saka ko [na] ikuwento pag 'puwede na, but nakaka-sad because all the photos and videos when Baby A was born were all together. And all my recent video projects, promos, etc. must be reshot."
We're just glad she's okay!
