Andi Eigenmann has been happily surfing to her heart's content as seen on her more recent Insta posts.
Andi revealed that she got into surfing in her late 20s, adding, "I thought for a bit that maybe since having two more kids, it's good enough for me to have been able to try and that now is the time to stop. I can watch the kids surf instead because it's just too late to get good at it."
"I kept going anyway, because it made me happy, and it made me feel ME," Andi's post continued. "And now I realize that surfing (more) at 32 has been an even more meaningful experience [for] me. It's never too late to learn new things or hone a skill, and even more so to achieve a childhood dream."
Writing about why she loves the sport so much, Andi added, "It's a simple thing but it's also fulfilling. Somehow I feel like learning something new at this point, brings new meaning and whole new energy and excitement for life! I can't wait to be in my 50s (hopefully) [and] still doing this together with Papa and the kids!"
Andi even joked, "Now I can use my surf pics to share thoughts like this."
Andi, who's mom to Ellie, Lilo, and Koa, has been getting her kids to enjoy surfing as well. Andi shared her joy on seeing Ellie back on the surfboard and she even wrote a positive message as Lilo learned how to surf.
