Angelina Cruz is officially off to college.
The young artist's high-school graduation ceremony was all set for Friday, April 3, but with strict quarantine measures against COVID-19 underway, the big day did not push through.
Still, her mom Sunshine Cruz is "very much proud" of her daughter graduating from De La Salle Santiago Zobel, Vermosa campus.
"Congratulations Angelina. May kolehiyala na ako!" the mother of three writes as she posts Angelina's graduation photo on Instagram.
The ABS-CBN actress adds, "I'm still hoping that after our country gets through this, I would still get to see you march, walk up the stage and receive your diploma.
"I love you anak!"
Early this year, Sunshine-who raises her three daughters with former husband Cesar Montano by herself-shared on Instagram that her eldest, Angelina, passed the entrance exams of her dream university.
The Love Thy Woman star didn't say which college Angelina got into, but the 18-year-old high-school grad did reveal her choices to PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
She took the entrance exams for Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, and De La Salle College of Saint Benilde.
