After her recent *confirmation* of her breakup with Diego Loyzaga, Barbie Imperial has certainly kept herself busy by focusing on work. She has been preoccupied with promoting her latest project, The Goodbye Girl, which also stars former MYX VJ-turned-actor Turs Daza.

in the latest press conference for The Goodbye Girl, Barbie opened up about how she feels about *ending* relationships. "I think I've said this before a lot of times already. Hindi ako mabilis mag-give up na girlfriend," she said.

She did note, however, that if she feels like the relationship isn't going anywhere and the person she's with isn't growing with her, that's when she cuts ties with them. "Kasi para saan pa ako magse-stay if parang wala na akong naaambag sa growth mo?" the 23-year-old actress noted.

Barbie also admitted that she's usually the one who *initiates* the breakup in her past relationships. "Based on experience, ako din ang nag-gu-goodbye.

During the press conference, the 23-year-old actress was also asked to give ~advice~ to those who might have been left behind in relationships.

She added that healing is *not* linear, so it's okay to still feel sad sometimes: "Yung healing naman kasi hindi siya tuloy tuloy.

"You just have to remember that this is life, eh. We get hurt but we learn from it. So dun sa experience na yun, may makukuha tayo so okay lang na masaktan. Tao ka lang naman," she concluded.
