There are two categories of pictures we look at on the internet in our downtime: pets and food. So if you're anything like us, then Bea Alonzo's California road trip vlogs are an absolute dream! Bea and her boyfriend Dominic Roque took a few weeks off for an epic road trip through the West Coast. And it looks like the trip became one heck of a foodie's California dream.
Judging by the two videos Bea dropped on her YouTube channel, the pair really made good use of their time abroad. They went camping, sightseeing, museum-hopping, and most importantly—in our humble opinion—they tried out all kinds of food! We know most people usually have a bucket list of things to do, but Bea's vlogs have now given us a bucket list of food to eat. So, to recap Bea and Dom's California road trip, we lay down all the drool-worthy food moments below.

The two started off their first day on vacation in Los Angeles with a workout—and then got right to it with a simple ham and cheese croissant, some fruit, chips, and brewed coffee. We might have a hard time choosing that combo over pan de sal at kape, TBH!
Things got extra serious when they stopped by Guerrilla Tacos at 2000 E 7TH Street where they downed good ol' Mexican fare with cold beer. And whoa, that sweet potato wrap is definitely on our list of must-tries.
Next on their list was The Kickin' Crab for a cajun seafood treat. King Crab Legs? Check. Clams? Check. Crawfish? Yup. Shrimp? Heck, yeah. "Siyempre may corn and chorizo rin inside," added Bea.
Then in Santa Monica they stopped by Sugarfish, the place to go for high-quality sushi in Los Angeles. Bea tried out some anago, a salt-water eel, which is different from the more popular unagi.
The two dined by the sea at Fish Hopper along Cannery Row in Monterey—where they had clam chowder! We can't get over how thick and creamy that soup looks. To even things out, they also ordered sardines, some sea bass, and steak that came with shrimps because that's just how it is. We're drooling.
At the in-house restaurant of the Cavalier Oceanfront in San Simeon, the two went all out with baby back ribs and steak!
Then in Cambria, they went to Linn's Restaurant for some homecooked feels. Farm-style fried chicken and grass-fed burgers, anyone?
Bea noted in the first vlog that they hadn't planned for the trip to become food-centric. "This has become a food crawl type of trip. Hindi namin intention but we have been eating so much," she shared while in the car, adding a cheeky "So we have to work out more." TBH, we're just having fun from all the good vibes—and yup, all the food.
