OMG! BTS' Song 'Black Swan' Was Co-Written By Two Filipinos

We know you're still not over BTS' music video for their newest song "Black Swan," but Pinoy ARMYs have even more reason to love it: The song was co-written by two Filipinos!

"Black Swan," which is part of their upcoming album Map Of The Soul: 7, was co-written by Vince Nantes and August Rigo.

They both shared the amazing news on their indvidual Instagram accounts.

Vince said: "NEW BTS SINGLE OUT NOW! Co-wrote this one with my bro @augamatic... Available on all streaming platforms & the music video[,] crazy!"

Meanwhile, Filipino-Canadian August shared that his four-month-old daughter, Ruby, was just born when he was in the process of writing the song. He captioned his post: "New BTS single Black Swan out now! When I was working on this, Ruby was just born and I didn’t want to leave her to go to the studio, so I brought the studio to her."

Aside from Vince and August, BTS' RM, Big Hit Entertainment producer Pdogg, and rapper and songwriter Clyde Kelly also co-wrote the song.

Just a few weeks left of waiting for new BTS songs, ARMYs! Map Of The Soul: 7 is set to be released on February 21.
