The Celebs Spotted At The Katy Perry Concert In Manila

Katy Perry performed her Witness: The Tour concert last night and filled the Mall of Asia Arena with tons of confetti, actual fireworks, and epic set designs and costumes that were nothing short of ~*extra*~. But apart from Katy's spectacle of a performance (it's one for the books, tbh!) what also caught our attention were the many local celebs who attended the event as fans.
