Ye Jin says her character's "off-the-wall characteristics will make you laugh. She breaks people's expectations in a good way." To prep for the drama, Hyun Bin shared that he even got a tan

2. This isn't Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin's first project together.

The stars (who are both 37 years old) were announced as the leads of Crash Landing On You in May 2019. Before this, they worked on the action thriller film The Negotiation in 2018. Son Ye Jin played Chae Yoon, a member of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's crisis negotiating team, while Hyun Bin's role was named Tae Gu, an arms dealer who kidnapped two Koreans in Bangkok.
