Dimples Romana just had the *sweetest reunion* with two of her former co-stars: Kathryn Bernardo and Julia Montes! The actress took to Insta yesterday, May 29, to share photos of her and the girls.
"Morning from me and my OG babies @bernardokath @montesjulia08 Plenty changed but never how we are together, so grateful for you both. And SUPER DARN PROUD. Wag na tayong magbilang ng taon ng pagsasama , mabubuking ang edad ko, wow! Hahhahaa. My Mara and Clara slaying life like the superstars they’ve always been and still having their feet deeply rooted on ground," Dimples wrote.

The last time we saw these three together was in August 2022, when they had a date night where pics were snapped by Boyet Ahmee, Dimples' husband. "My gorg kumares with my Mahal na Reyna," he wrote.

FYI, ABS-CBN aired the original Mara Clara series in 1992, top-billed by Judy Ann Santos as Mara and Gladys Reyes as Clara. In the 2010 remake, Kathryn played Mara and Julia played Clara, while Dimples played Alvira del Valle, Clara’s foster mother and Mara’s biological mother. Although Judy and Gladys initially had misgivings ("Hindi naman ako magpapaka-plastik ano, andun yung ouch," Judy shared in a December 2021 PEP Live interview) the original cast members eventually gave their blessings, with Gladys saying "ibang version naman sina Kathryn and Julia and I must say nabigyan nila ng justice yung roles."
The show ran from 2010-2011. At the time, Dimples was only 26 years old, while Kathryn was 14 and Julia was 15. It seems like this reunion is a yearly happening, so we can't wait for their 2024 pics together.
