Ellen Adarna bit back hard at a netizen who posted a comment about the actress' boobs.
On Instagram, Ellen shared photos from a shoot that showed her with blonde hair and smokey eye makeup. Ellen's photos received over a hundred thousand likes but what was eye-catching was a comment a netizen made regarding her boobs.
A netizen responded, "Why [does] the cleavage [have] folds, di 'ba nakita ng nag-picture yan?"
Ellen responded, "My boobs from watermelons turned into pancakes after breastfeeding. Motherhood, dear. Enjoy yours [because] it won't be as perky as your profile pic forever."
The netizen posted a reply to Ellen and wrote, "Of course, no doubt about it, understandable. Just wondering if they didn't choose to arrange it a bit but if that's the preference, all good. Wala naman masama, just asking."
Ellen then shuts down the netizen as she wrote, "I was just answering your question and stating facts. Public figure or not, [the] bottom line is you asked, I responded factually. So what kind of response were you expecting?"
The netizen has not responded to Ellen's post as of this writing, but it's commendable that celebs are willing to stand up to online comments, especially if it's about unnecessary criticism. Other celebs who defended themselves from eagle-eyed netizens include Heart Evangelista, who posted a savage response when a netizen called her armpits "lukot-lukot"; and Gabbi Garcia, who called out body shamers as she said, "omaygad can we all stop and take a break from body shaming??"
