How you doin', Friends fans? The long wait is finally over. We'll be seeing our favorite '90s squad together again very soon!

According to HBO Chief Casey Bloys, the highly anticipated Friends reunion will start filming in spring. Yes!

We first got wind of the news in November 2019 and the entire gang—Rachel (Jennifer Aniston), Ross (David Schwimmer), Monica (Courtney Cox), Chandler (Matthew Perry), Joey (Matt Leblanc), and Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow)—was supposed to come out in a TV special on HBO Max in May 2020.

"It's us getting together, which just doesn't happen a lot—and has never happened in front of other people since 2004," Lisa said. She also mentioned she had already pre-filmed some content for the special.

On Wednesday, March 3, while guesting on the SiriusXM radio show, David dropped the bomb that filming for the TV special is pushing through.

"Oh, it’s happening," David confirmed. "Actually, in a little over a month, I’m heading out to LA. We figured out a way to film it safely, and there’s going to be a portion of it that we film outside because of, you know, for safety protocols."

David remained mum about who was hosting the interview. While no release date has been confirmed, it's possible that the Friends reunion could be out by late spring. We can't wait!
