On August 30, Kapuso actress Gabbi Garcia took to Twitter to share a message about body love. Using the hashtag #BodyPositivity, she wrote, "we should really stop saying 'nagpapayat ka na ba?' 'ang payat mo dati' 'tumaba ka' 'ang taba mowe do not know what a person is going through that may affect his/her weight."

The young celeb didn't provide any context as to what might have happened for her to post this.

In March, Gabbi also posted an unedited photo on Instagram, admitting that she would get bullied whenever she posted her swimsuit photos online. "If your definition of being 'sexy' doesn't fit with my body type, well then sorry, but I LOVE MY BODY. And nobody deserves to be bullied just because of your body. We are all beautiful in our own way," she wrote.
