Jennifer Lawrence "freaked out" when singer-songwriter Lorde visited the set of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1.
The 18-year-old performer curated the soundtrack to the franchise's third film, as well as wrote and recorded the track "Yellow Flicker Beat" especially for the movie.
Jennifer said: "Honestly, the first time I ever heard that Lorde song, 'Yellow Flicker Beat,' it just gave me goosebumps. I mean, you read the book and internalize the character and go on set and have conversations with the director and your costars, but it was so bizarre to hear a musical version of what, emotionally, I feel."
The Oscar winner also believes her Hunger Games alter ego Katniss Everdeen would be a huge fan of the "Royals" songstress.
Jennifer said: "I think she really captured that character so magically that it was a really amazing thing to listen to, so I think Katniss would be a huge Lorde fan. And obviously Taylor Swift."
Speaking about the decision to enlist the young singer to work on the film's soundtrack, producer Nina Jacobson added: "There was truly nobody who made more sense than Lorde. It was kind of a no brainer in that regard. It felt like such a natural fit and she came and visited us on set. I think we were all a bit starstruck!"
