Heart Evangelista Goes To Batangas With PAWS To Help Animals Affected By The Eruption

Heart Evangelista has posted photos from her recent trip to Batangas with the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) to help animals affected by the Taal Volcano eruption last month.

“Don’t worry, little one, we’re all doing what we can to give all of you the love and care you need during this time,” the actress and fashion star captioned a photo of her holding a dog.

PAWS, a non-government volunteer organization dedicated to preventing animal cruelty, has been rescuing animals from Taal, finding homes for them, and raising funds. They accept donations in cash or in kind.

A few days after the eruption last month, Heart visited the PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center in Quezon City and met some of the animals from Taal that they were housing.
