Herlene Nicole Budol has come forward about her former manager allegedly keeping her earnings from various projects.
The beauty queen and comedienne recently guested on the Raffy Tulfo In Action program to air her complaints against Elizabeth Estrada, who used to represent her in her activities. Herlene is now managed by Wilbert Tolentino.
According to Herlene, she developed a friendship with Elizabeth on the noontime show Wowowin and asked for help so she could earn money through projects such as endorsements and TV show appearances. Elizabeth allegedly claimed she used to work at a popular beauty clinic. They did not enter into a formal written agreement prior to working with each other.
Herlene claims there were several occasions where she would render work for a company and Elizabeth would claim her fees on her behalf, but she received none of this money.
Raffy Tulfo In Action tried to reach Elizabeth for her side of the story, however, she was not available.
According to the show's legal counsel, Elizabeth could be liable for qualified theft against Herlene and estafa against the corporations Herlene was in contract with.
