These Olympic Divers Fought After One's 'Marathon Sex Session' Prevented The Other From Sleeping

The pair finished in last place after allegedly getting into a huge fight.

According to the Daily Mail, Brazilian Olympic synchronized divers Ingrid Oliveira and Giovanna Pedroso will not compete together again after Oliveira allegedly had a "marathon sex session" with another Olympic athlete the night before their competition and left Pedroso room-less before their dive. The pair finished in eighth and last place the next day.

The New York Post reports the fight fueled Pedroso to announce her solo career. "After the Olympics, I will focus on my individual," she told Brazilian paper O Globo. "It's good because I will not need to depend on anyone. Then I will be able to improve and evolve more."

Canoeist Pedro Goncalves—the man who was reportedly the other half of the all-night sex romp—also spoke to O Globo, but only to say "My personal life, I do not speak about."

Pedroso and Oliveira are close friends who won silver at the Toronto Pan American Games last year and used to have photos of them together all over both of their Instagram accounts. Now, there are just pictures and videos of each of them diving individually.
