You might have heard the news already: Controversial couple JaMill—Jayzam Manabat and Camille Trinidad—created a new YouTube channel. They "explained" why they deleted their first channel and then created a new one in a vlog called BAKIT NAMIN NA-DELETE AND YOUTUBE CHANNEL NAMIN.
A recap: On August 19, Camille deleted their channel, which had more than 12 million subscribers. At that time, she took to Twitter to say: "JaMill is now signing off. Pero Jayzam & Camille is (forever) [infinity symbol]."
In their new vlog which was released today, the pair said they thought they were okay after the cheating scandal. However, it came to a point where they asked each other if they were still together just because of their YouTube channel. And since people around them were asking the same thing, a fight led to Camille deleting their first channel.
"Nagsisi naman ako guys," Camille said. "And nakakalungkot naman kasi talaga na isang iglap, bakit ko ginawa?" Jayzam said he was mad at first but that he forgave her for deleting it.
He added: "Hindi pa kami naghi-heal noong mga panahon na 'yon. Nasa healing stage kami na hindi namin puwede isabay yung kahit ano doon. Kasi walang mangyayari, chaos talaga. Away palagi and mangyayari, magsu-suffer kami habang nagvo-vlog kami."
They said they created a new YouTube channel because they were still posting videos on Facebook and fans kept asking them to return to vlogging. As of this writing, their new channel has 184 thousand subscribers.
