James Younghusband As James Bond: Roger Moore

Our football-playing Online Hunk keeps it suave this week as he plays 007 of the 70s and 80s!
Featured
Last week, you saw swoon-worthy James Younghusband slick back his hair and put on a tux a la Sean Connery circa 1960s. On his second week as Cosmo Online Hunk, he turns to the humorous, light-hearted 007 of the '70s and '80s for inspiration: Roger Moore.

The gorgeous Fil-Brit, fit-as-a-fiddle footballer doesn’t smoke, but he gamely agreed to light a cigar, if only to do justice to Sir Moore, who is the longest-serving Bond man!

Read on to find out what keeps this sportsman occupied, what drink he would order at a bar, and why he digs funny girls!

Q: Who’s your favorite Bond?

I’d probably have to say Roger Moore because... you’ll laugh at this, but he reminds me of my dad. Starting with his hair, the way he talks... he was exactly like Roger Moore.

Q: If you were to star in a Bond movie, which movie would you like to appear in?

Probably The Spy Who Loved Me [which stars Roger Moore], ‘cause I like the part where they get to go skiing in the opening sequence. I’d like to be part of that, even just as a stunt guy.

Q: What are you busy with right now?

I’m busy with work and modeling, doing a bit of endorsing, trying to make soccer big here as a sport. Hopefully I’m gonna get to play it here soon.

Q: How about showbiz?

Maybe. I would like to get into showbiz at the moment. I haven’t closed the door on it yet. But I don’t know what the future [holds for] me.

Q: How about doing both soccer and showbiz?

That would be nice. That would probably be the best option. That way [I could] help promote soccer through showbiz.

Q: How often do you go out?

I go out now and then, but I don’t get too crazy. I just go out to meet up with friends, enjoy myself, dance, but not too crazy dancing. I like to listen to the music, especially new tracks. [But] this year, I’ve calmed down a bit. I’m more focused on my work. I just wanna keep working really. I’m starting to become a workaholic. I get bored so easily. I don’t wanna get bored. I wanna keep moving, working.

Q: Do you still go out?

Yeah, now and then. But not too much.

Q: What do you think of girls who like to drink?

I wouldn’t say I like them, but it’s nice to see a girl who likes to let loose, just escape from the world and have a few drinks. But I don’t like a girl who gets absolutely lots of drinks down. [It’s okay if] she’s a classy drinker who knows how to control herself.

Q: If you were in a bar, what drink would you most likely order?

I’m not a big drinker, I don’t drink alcohol all the time. I just drink it every once in a while to let loose and enjoy myself. So I’d probably drink a lager.

Q: How about when you’re with a girl?

Maybe a martini (laughs).

Q: Like James Bond.

Shaken, not stirred.

Q: You really know your James Bond.

It’s like a religion in England.

Q: Would you go for a funny girl or someone who’s a little more introverted and serious?

I like a mixture of everything, but probably I’d have to say a funny girl who knows what she wants to do in life. I like aggressive girls.

Q: How important is humor in a relationship?

Very, very important. If [there’s no humor] it’s just boring. Humor is a great way to let emotions out.
