ICYMI, vlogger couple JaMillJayzam Manabat and Camille Trinidad—is back on Youtube. Along with uploading a new vlog on their new Youtube channel, they also sat down for an interview to address the speculations of *possible tax evasion* as social media influencers.

Here's a quick recap: On August 16, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 97-2021 to clarify the tax obligations of social media influencers, including Youtube content creators like JaMill. Three days later, Camille deleted their original channel which at the time had 12 million subscribers. Netizens speculated that the BIR reminder *might* have something to do with the deletion of the popular Youtube channel.

In an interview with Jessica Sohothe couple said they are currently working on settling their tax dues.

However, they clarified that taxes were not the reason behind the channel deletion.

Jayzam said the overwhelming emotions of the talk resulted in Camille deleting their first channel.

Camille and Jayzam have been in a relationship since 2017. As of this writing, their new channel already has 469 thousand subscribers.
