Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo just introduced the newest addition to their family.
In their latest vlog, the couple showed snippets from the actress' birthing day, which happened on April 25. Jennylyn was supposed to have her prenatal checkup but she ended up giving birth that day. Her original due date was on May 5.
"Check-up lang dapat kami, eh," Jennylyn said. "Hindi kami ready."
Towards the end of the video, the two gave us our first glimpse of their newborn baby girl, and they also revealed her lovely name. "Ready na kaming lahat for discharge at uuwi na kami. Excited na kami na makita ni Dylan 'yung kwarto niya," the proud dad said.
The couple first confirmed in October 2021 that they were expecting their first child. The two tied the knot in an intimate civil wedding ceremony in November. Not long after, the couple happily announced the gender of their baby.
"Noon pa lang, gusto talaga namin ni Jen magkaroon ng baby girl kasi siyempre, ang mga anak namin puro lalaki,” Dennis said in another vlog.
The couple both have sons from their previous relationships. The actress is a mom to 13-year-old Jazz and Dennis has a 14-year-old named Calix.
