It's been a while since we last saw Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto together for a project, and fans are in for a treat. That's because the former love team is set to reunite in a movie. OMG!
Julia shared the big news in an interview with host Boy Abunda, where she touched on her undeniable chemistry with her ex-boyfriend.
"I'm going to be doing a movie also with Josh under Black Sheep this year," Julia confirmed.
While recalling her first time working with Joshua for the 2016 movie Vince & Kath & James, Julia remarked, "I remember from the first day, Tito Boy, after our first scene, I went back to the tent and I told my team, 'I've never felt this chemistry with anybody that I've worked with.'"
Joshua and Julia confirmed in June 2019 that they had broken up and that they were back to being "best of friends" after dating since 2017. They last worked together in 2021 on Moira Dela Torre's music video for her song "Paubaya".
In a tell-all interview in March 2021, Gerald Anderson made it official that he and Julia were dating. Joshua, meanwhile, has been linked to various female celebs such as actress Ria Atayde and Ateneo Women’s Basketball player Trina Guytingco.
"I think one of the things that I really appreciate about him is he respects Ge a lot," Julia noted about Joshua and Gerald. "And that says a lot about Josh as well and how much he's grown and matured. He respects Ge and that means a lot to me."
