We're all fond of romance movies, but let's get real: A lot of us are single AF. And if you're looking for a movie that's about single-ness and the struggles and joys that come with it, then upcoming film Jowable might be for you!

It stars Kim Molina, a TV and theater actress who recently starred in the film Momol Nights opposite Kit Thompson, and the 2019 run of the popular Rak Of Aegis musical.

The film tells the story of Elsa, a pessimistic twentysomething who desperately wants to have a jowa. She keeps going out with her friends, drinking, and praying to find a boyfriend soon. The *very real* trailer shows Elsa talking to a nun (Candy Pangilinan) and asking her if she's still a virgin! We also see Elsa on a night out with her friends, and one of them tells her: "Bakit kasi lagi ka nagra-rant tungkol sa love life? Nandito naman kami!"

Jowable, which hits theaters on September 25, 2019, is actually based on a series of short films which were posted on the YouTube channel Vincentiments. The first Jowable episode shows a girl inside a church, drinking from a beer bottle, and ~yelling~ at God for not giving her a boyf. Intense, gurl!

Recently, Kim also released an official music video for the film's theme song! Check it out below:
