If you were one of those people who assumed the Justin Bieber, Hailey Baldwin wedding just wasn't happening anymore, here's some news for you! The ceremony they planned to have in front of their friends and family is still definitely happening.
"They have talked about possibly having their wedding closer to their one-year marriage anniversary date in September," they said.
In case you've somehow been living under a rock for the last nine months, the two of them got married in a very spur-of-the-moment courthouse wedding in New York City last September. When they did that, the plan was for them to still have a religious ceremony with their friends and family present so they could celebrate in a major way. I mean, it's Justin Bieber. Duh.
This spring, those plans were put off when Justin started seeking treatment for depression in February.
Hailey's older sister Alaia wasn't even sure what the plans were as of, like, a month ago. "We will see. Who knows what their plans are," she told Us when they asked what the deal was. "They're very up and down, so I just... I'll be there at some point in a dress, in sweats—we don't know!"
The two are obviously already married, but they didn't start wearing wedding rings in public until this week. So yeah, the order of events may be a little bit backward, but it's 2019 so...who cares?
If you need me I'll be dreaming about what Hailey's dress will look like. Cool? Cool!
