So, you've finished all of the dramas of your fave oppa, and if they crossed over to film, you've seen those, too. By now, you probably think you've exhausted all your options for oppa content, right? Well, let me tell you something: Korean variety shows exist, and, better yet, some of them even star your fave drama actors! Check out four variety shows starring our lovable oppas, all available on Viu.
1. Handsome Tigers
Starring: Cha Eun Woo
We last saw actor-slash-idol Cha Eun Woo in the 2019 historical rom-com Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung as the quirky and makulit Prince Lee Rim. Now our bae Eun Woo is showcasing his ~athletic skills~ in the basketball reality show Handsome Tigers, which premiered in January 2020. Eun Woo is one of the players of the team that's coached by legendary South Korean basketball star Seo Jang Hoon. Basketball drama + handsome faces = the perfect combo!
2. All The Butlers
Starring: Lee Seung Gi
In 2019, Lee Seung Gi starred in the hit action drama, Vagabond, with Bae Suzy. But did you know that apart from doing dramas, he's also been hosting All The Butlers (aka Master In The House) since 2017? In All The Butlers, the hosts spend two days and one night with a famous figure or "master" of a particular industry to get to know the way they work. Entertaining and informative scenes are def included.
3. Because I Want To Talk
Starring: Lee Dong Wook
Oppa of our dreams Lee Dong Wook made us super kilig in the 2019 drama Touch You Heart with Yoo In Na. He's been a longtime MC in the entertainment industry that's why it was only fitting for him to land his own talk show later that year, called Because I Want To Talk. Dong Wook's very first guest, you ask? It was none other than his BFF and Goblin co-star Gong Yoo.
4. Jung Hae In's Walk-cumentary
Starring: Jung Hae In
Ahhh, bb Jung Hae In! In 2019, Hae In starred in the drama One Spring Night and the romantic film Tune In For Love. Later that year, he also released his travel reality series, Jung Hae In's Walk-cumentary. In the eight-episode show, Hae In flies to New York as a producer of his own documentary. Expect fun adventures, a bunch of mishaps, and a closer look into the ~real~ Jung Hae In.
